Wise Women’s Meditation Social Club
This group is about making new friends who want to grow together, meditate together and share our self inquiry at the deepest level… taking responsibility for our own feelings, blaming no one.
We’ll laugh and play energy games, expand our intuition, meditate and chat with our Guides. I’ll channel for the group, bring through healing energy and teach a few healing techniques here and there.

Chronic Illness and Spiritual Deepening:
A Meditation group to Blossom the Inner Self
Navigating long term health challenges can be a full time job. Which doctors are the best? Which meds? Should I take meds? Can certain supplements and alternative medicine help? A whole new more urgent version of busy brain emerges.
It’s even easier to lose our spiritual connection when caught in the healthcare labyrinth. And yet there many gifts that often open to us over the course of illness.
We don’t want to waste the opportunities given to us by our healing journey by letting each day slide unconsciously into the next over and over again.
In this group we will use guided visualizations, self inquiry and energy healing processes to deepen our personal growth and spiritual connections. Happiness is an inside job. The challenge is to keep in touch with that when the body is screaming for our attention.
We will come together in community to develop our ability to hold a positive vision no matter what our current physical condition…a community where each person understands our trials from their own experience. Cari’s challenges include Rheumatoid Arthritis.
At the end of each class we will meditate to send good juju out into the world to help ease her birthing pains as we are birthed forth collectively to the next level. Those new as well as those experienced with meditation all drop in deeply with our guided visualizations.
This group is open to anyone who has or has had chronic illness as well as those who are or have been caregivers. Registration required due to the limited space. Please tell anyone you know with chronic health challenges about this unusual opportunity.
